Unique understanding of the vernacular architecture of upstate New York, including structure types and period elements and styles.

We can reproduce, any of trim elements, millwork of your historic home, moldings, sash, door slabs, etc. We build stairs in wood, stone, and steel. We produce kitchens with modern convenience with historic texture. Standing seam in steel cooper and zinc and soldered flat lock roofing types, along with slate repair and associated flashings are our roofing specialties. Plaster (Thick wall and thin coat), ornamental screeds and molds, and stucco trowel trades. Structural iron work, fabrication and erection, lathers, sheet metal trades, ornamental ironwork are among our metal crafts. Mason trades we include, brickwork, blockwork, architectural concrete, taping and spray acoustical, tile setting, flatwork. In the millwrights trades we offer machinery moving, set up and alignment. In rigging we offer structure lifting and jacking.
